We all know that physical activity is great for morale, but sometimes baby has other plans. Being separate from babies does not always happen when and how we like!

Kangatraining is A SOLUTION!

The Kanga Training method is a physical activity specially designed for parents who have given birth recently.

It combines cardio, muscle-strengthening and dance exercises, while safely carrying your baby in an ergonomic baby carrier.

Kangatraining not only helps you exercise, but also strengthens the bond between you and your baby.

Rehabilitation of abdominal muscles: After pregnancy, abdominal muscles, especially deep muscles, often need rehabilitation. Kanga Training incorporates specific exercises to gently strengthen these muscles.
Pelvic floor strengthening: The pelvic floor is often weakened after childbirth. Kanga Training includes exercises to strengthen this area, essential for preventing challenges such as incontinence.
Respect for the mother’s rhythm: The program is designed to adapt to each mother’s level of physical fitness, enabling a smooth progression.
Ergonomic carrying: Carrying your baby ergonomically while exercising is beneficial to your baby as they are safe and comfortable with their favourite person- their parent!
